Lightweight scanner
The scanner is designed for visible public signals, not aggressive crawling or penetration testing.
1. Service scope
PrivacySignalMonitor provides technical monitoring of visible website privacy signals and privacy regressions over time. The product helps users review visible privacy page signals, cookie banner signals, selected same-domain pages, visible cookies, third-party hosts, vendor signals, scan reports, and changes between scans.
2. No legal advice or compliance guarantee
PrivacySignalMonitor is not a law firm, legal service, consent management platform, policy generator, compliance certification tool, or compliance guarantee. Scan results are technical monitoring outputs and operational review cues only. You are responsible for legal interpretation and for obtaining advice from qualified professionals where needed.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account, protecting your login credentials, and using the service only for websites you are authorized to monitor.
4. Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Trial availability, plan limits, renewal dates, cancellation, and payment method management are handled through the billing flow and Stripe Customer Portal. Plan limits may include the number of monitored websites available to your workspace.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for abuse, security attacks, unauthorized scanning, illegal activity, or attempts to disrupt third-party websites. The scanner is designed for lightweight technical monitoring, not aggressive crawling or penetration testing.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Features, plan limits, and technical detection behavior may evolve as the product improves.
